Why do the Jaguars cover up some of their seats in the upper decks with tarps with stupid ads?
In the upper decks of the Jacksonville Jaguars’ stadium, entire sections of seats are covered up with plastic tarps. Why?

because they can’t sell out!
Because they can’t sell enough tickets to fill the seats like a real team like Indianapolis or New England.
You need to sell out for the game to be shown on local TV. They can’t sell out the entire stadium so they lowered the capacity.
