   I have never heard of a Tigon, isnt it just the same as a liger?

   I think a liger is a bit bigger.

   The Liger is much bigger than a tiger or a lion and the tigon is much smaller than the tiger or a lion. So, that makes the Liger much much bigger than the tigon.
