What type of under tank heater right for a leopard gecko?

Okay, well I’m looking into Leopard Gecko and I heard that they need under tank heating pads. I’m going to be using a 20gl long tank for it with a wire top of course. Here are the ones I was looking at:

Thanks in advance!
Also, if I buy a heater, will I need a lighting source or a light bulb of some sort for them?

That is a good heat pad to use. i like the exoterra heat wave heat pad better though. Just remember that heat pads can get really hot and can reach temperature of 120 degrees in some spots so i would suggest you invest in a rheostat or a thermostat as well to control the energy output. YOu do not want your leopard gecko to get burned. I’ll include the link of the heat pad and thermostat below

U can easily find an under the tank heater at a pestmart or other pets store. As far as lighting is concerned, Leopard geckos dont need a source of light, just adequate heat for belly warmth.
