Nothing would happen. They are too completely different animals and for them to create an offspring is impossible.

LOL at oikos, realistically speaking it isnt possible for such a thing to happen as they belong to completely different order leave alone different family

It depends on which is the male and female

It is not possible, they are too different.
If it could be done you either would get a shivering polar bear or a sweating lion.
