What animals can and cannot create hybrid offspring?
I just saw this site about hybrid animals:

I would think that if two different species mate, the product would be a miscarriage, but is it possible for any two animals to create a hybrid? Why or why not? (And I’m asking this from a scientific standpoint; I don’t want to hear from anyone who wants to do an animal or anything like that).

Then there is the legend that Chihuahuas come from breeding Prairie Dogs & Dogs.
The jury is still out whether house cats & Bobcats can interbreed (I’ve actually heard conflicting stories). Supposedly, that’s where Pixie-Bobs come from.

Zebras which are are more closely related to giraffes than horses or burros.
