When a male lion does that, isn't he usually killing another male lion's cubs so as to have the female reproduce again and have his cubs instead? What point is there to them? Conservation is a serious issue and cross breeding animals is just ignorant and mad. These animals should be breeding with their own species, helping to protect the plight of their demise. Hybridised cats are nothing more than entertainment which in itself is disgusting, animals should be respected, not made into circus freaks. Then there is the serious issue that these cats could have serious genetic mutations due to the fact they are not supposed to breed. I hope this raises awarness and people think before they call them ' cute ' Ligers are a waste of valuable resources.
