Leopard gecko questions?

I have a Blue day light 50 watt and on the hot side it is reaching 83 tops and 70-75 on the cool side. Good? Bad?
Do i put the humid hide on the hot side? Do i put the normal hide in the middle of the hot and cold side?
Do i have the right dust? http://www.petco.com/product/108874/Zoo-Med-Reptivite-Without-D3-Reptile-Vitamins.aspx?CoreCat=OnSiteSearch (this is what they said to get)
and do i dust every time even if i’m using flukers cricket quencher “calcium fortified”
and flukers High calcium cricket diet

    1) Basking temp should be 90 F; I would try a 65 or 75 watt.

    2) Humid hide should be on the cool side; place the second hide on the warm side.

    3) Your supplement is fine. Dust the crickets about every other feeding and leave a small amount in a milk cap in the enclosure with the Leo for any extra he/she may need, especially during shedding.

    4) The calcium fortified food you feed the crickets helps, but the supplement you have is a lot more affective.
