Well you never know. I have heard that if you do you will. But there is not a 100% chance.
It’s all in the genes of the animals.

I don’t think they would breed, they’d probably kill each other first.

Yes, and it’s been done before. Ligers usually grow to much larger than their parents, and like most interspecies aninal offspring, ligers are born reproductively sterile.

Isn’t it just like breeding a horse and a donkey to get a mule? I think the resulting critter would be sterile, but there would definately be a resulting critter

The liger is a hybrid cross between a male Panthera leo (lion), and a female Panthera tigris (Tiger) and is denoted scientifically as Panthera tigris × Panthera leo.[1][2] A liger resembles a giant lion with diffused stripes. They are the largest cats in the world, although the Siberian Tiger is the largest pure sub-species. Like tigers, but unlike lions, ligers enjoy swimming. A similar hybrid, the offspring of a male tiger and a female lion is called a tigon.

Yea actually you will and there is such a thing. They are genetically so unhealthy that they usually die young and I don’t think they will or are able to breed in the wild, only in captivity. I personally think it is a dumb and selfish act to cross breed these to animals! Link below shows proof.

I like wild animals like that so that would be pretty cool. Years ago I heard they were breeding cats and rabbits together, not sure if they’re still doing that or not, but they were calling them cabbits. Tiger and a Lion, Tion, Tigon? ha ha ha

I saw on the internet that in Borneo they found a rare wildcat, a type of wild leopard, it was mostly black, and they believe it evolved from a leapard and a panther. Was pretty though.
