Large adult male lions can vary between 400-500 lbs. Because there are different types of tigers (5 subspecies specifically). Sumatrans, being the smallest, range from around 220-380 lbs. and Siberians, being the largest, can weigh around double that.
With that said, a hybrid of the 2 would be somewhere in those weight ranges.
